This brilliant Pilsner is packed full of delicate German Nobel hop aroma and flavor. Beautifully exquisite, with impeccable balance, and lingering notes of fresh flowers and honeyed biscuits. It's light-bodied, finishing with a crisp bite that is unbeatably refreshing.

Swifts At dusk- spiced dunkel lager 5%

Roasty chocolate, toffee with a warming cinnamon and nutmeg note along with a slight background of orange

Space oddity- Pale ale 5%

Pale ale with Galaxy and Hallertau Blanc hops. Crip and bright.

Tall, Pale, & Handsome- Pale ale 5.4%

Pale ale with Cascade, El Dorado, and Galaxy Mosaic hops. Notes of tropical fruit, stone fruit, and pineapple.

waterfront blossom- Spring lager 5%

This lager is aged with elderflowers and elderberries giving a cherry blossom tint. It is slightly floral with passionfruit, pear, and lychee notes with a sweet tart balance. And it is SO drinkable on a perfect Spring day.

oktoberfest- festbier 5.3%

Sweetness carries through with pleasant caramel, toast, and a rich malt finish rounded out with a sweet bitterness.

Council Crest Lager - Cucumber Lager 5.3%

A very quaffable lager aged on cucumbers and Huell Melon hops. Notes of bright cucumber, light strawberry and stone fruit with a soft juicy mouthfeel.

PAULIE’S NOT IRISH - RED ALE 5.6%

Named after an old Scottish friend who spent most of his time explaining to tone-deaf Americans that he was in fact, Scottish, not Irish. Impeccably balanced and malt-driven with notes of sweet bread and caramel, partnered with a medium hop bite and soft finish.

Alberta Street English Summer Ale - 5.9%

Dry hopped with Azacca resulting with more hop aroma and flavor when compared to traditional style guidelines. This beer has more fruity notes; tropical fruits like mango and a background of pineapple along with some stonefruit character like nectarines.

OLD TOWN IPA - IPA 6.1%

This hopped up NW IPA has a percussion of citrus, stone fruit and a touch of pine characters. The strong aroma carries well into the beer delivering a tsunami of flavors to the senses.

Aramis - IPA 6.%

In search of a more aromatically floral IPA, our hop exploration led us to Alsace, France. Brewed with the Three Musketeers of French hops, Aramis, Triskel, and Strisselspalt, this IPA is a bouquet in a glass.

Wildwood - IPA 6.8%

This rambling IPA has juicy notes that range from berries to stonefruit to sweet orange citrus. Just like Portland’s much beloved Wildwood Trail, this is a beer to get lost in, you never know what’s around the corner.

Shanghai’d - English Style IPA 6.5% (16oz Cans only)

Brewed in homage to Portland's infamous underground history, this ale is designed to captivate the senses. Medium-bodied with a balanced malt backbone, grapefruity aroma, and a notable bitterness, finished off with a resinous hop character.

PILLOWFIST - NE HAZY IPA 6.8%

This NE style IPA is packed full of luscious hoppy goodness, paired with a mouthwateringly juicy character. With over 4 POUNDS of hops per barrel, it delivers an incredibly complex and aromatic brew. Pillowfist is unfiltered, unprocessed, and unapologetic offering waves of tropical flavors followed by a gentle hop bitterness.

Drop it like it’s Hop - HAZY IPA 6.3%

Unique lemon-citrus character reminiscent of Lemonhead candy derived from the high lemon character from the Lemondrop hops combined with the sweet Lychee notes of Topaz hops.

Juneuary - HAZY IPA 6.6%

A celebration of joie de l'été—the joy of summer. Robust fruit notes are rounded out by a full body that you come to expect from a premiere hazy, and culminates in the perfect summer brew; a festival of what has gone, and anticipation of what will follow.
